This week, we're experiencing the the Black Currant Wheat Ale brewed lovingly by Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. It is a fruity yet tart beer and it has one of the best illustrations of black currants we've ever seen. Watch us as we drink our way through this dark-ish beer. Dave showed off his ability to talk about radler beer (and, really, is a radler a beer?) and a bear crept quietly from his armoire and ate him alive.

Look Into The IPA of the Space Dragon | Episode 182 | Beer Review
Our beer this week is the Super Galactic Space Dragon which is a double IPA from Odin Brewing Company. We try it... we loved it... but there is a problem with it. We can't get it that easily! But there is hope, we have heard there are secret stashes around B.C. and we will have to check it out again in the future.
Dave we sick this week and he was cuddling with his bear family for the warmth... but we suspect he is being cuddled and warmed up for eating.

In today's episode, everything is going sideways as we find ourselves wandering the dark streets of The Big Squeezy by Torchlight Brewing. It promises to be the best pale ale beer ever and will give us the fruit experience of a lifetime. Dave liked this one. He really did. A bear walked into the room, witnessed his love for the beer... and then the bear walked backwards out of the door. A look of shock on the bear's face could not be overstated.
We made it to Episode 200 and we couldn't be more surprised we've made it this long. We have endured! On this auspicious occasion we are talking about Stanley Park Brewing's Reforest Hazy IPA. The reason we picked up this beer is because if you purchase it, you can have trees planted in your name -- but they can describe it better than we can. LET’S REFOREST BRITISH COLUMBIA Inspired by the smoky skylines that plagued our home province, REFOREST HAZY IPA aims to help regenerate forests burned by wildfire. For each four-pack sold, ten trees will be planted in Northern B.C. In partnership with tentree and One Tree Planted Learn about the project: www.tentree.ca/pages/stanley-park Dave is awesome and the bear clan recognized him as being one of their own... but only for a single day.
